Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to support our Operations - Human Resources department. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and improving HR policies, processes, and programs aligned with company standards and business goals. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, health & safety, and other HR initiatives, while collaborating closely with employees, managers, and external partners.

What will you do?

As a HR Officer in the Operations team, your core responsibilities include:

· Manage HR administration and ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws.

· Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.

· Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and procedures.

· Create HR reports, business updates, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.

· Coordinate communications and relationships with external partners for HR activities.

· Organize and monitor Learning & Development programs and professional development initiatives.

· Support Health & Safety compliance and training in line with Dutch regulations.

· Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, resolving HR issues proactively.

· Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing within the HR department.

What do you bring?

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Work & Organizational Psychology, or related field.

· 3–5 years of HR experience in a dynamic, international organization.

· Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and UWV/IND processes.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· High professional integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
