About the Opportunity The mission of the PBM department is lead the perfect execution of the category plans in the most efficient and effective way, always keeping revenue and profit into account. We aim to drive the execution of the berry plans set at the long/mid-term business planning targets through cross-functional work with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance departments, as well as directly engaging with our UK suppliers. Responsibilities    Candidate Profile

In this role, success requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure. You are someone who can connect departments, steer complexity and maintain clear oversight while keeping business results front and center. Experience in commercial planning, S&OP or FMCG environments will help you thrive quickly.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Planning, Supply Chain or Business.

  • Experience in Commercial, Sales, Business Planning or S&OP roles.

  • FMCG or Fresh Produce experience is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented and resilient under pressure.

  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and comfort with digital collaboration tools.

  • Fluent in English.
