All Your BI is a fast-growing data agency based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, specializing in managed services Business Intelligence solutions. Since our founding in 2019, we work closely with clients particularly in logistics and container terminals to deliver BI systems that drive smarter decisions and create lasting impact. Responsibilities you are looking for

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable data pipelines and architectures using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake.

• Optimize ETL/ELT processes and data models to support analytics BI dashboards.

• Ensure scalability and performance of data solutions handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Drive best practices in DataOps/DevOps, automation, and performance tuning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with client's goals.

What you bring

• 8+ years of data engineering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a technical lead role .

• Track record of leading projects end-to-end from requirements gathering through to solution delivery and deployment.

• Expertise across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including (MS Fabric, ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake, Power BI).

• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (GCP).

• Proficient in SQL and Python ,people may even call you a genius with it.

• Expertise in architecting and leading the implementation of cloud-native data warehouse solutions.

• Hands-on experience across the end-to-end data lifecycle: from modeling to pipelines, reporting, and governance.

• Strong communication skills to share insights with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

  Nice-to have

• Cloud or data certifications (Snowflake SnowPro Core, Azure Data Engineer etc)

Our hiring procedure:

1.Introductory call

In the first call, our recruiter will learn about your story, motivation, and experience to explore your potential match with All Your BI.

2. Deep dive: show us your work

In this meeting, you'll talk to two senior team members. We want to see your practical insights and logic by giving you a task related to what you'll do in the position. You'll go in-depth about the work you did and how you solved challenges.

3. Co-founder interview

Here you will meet with one of the founders in a remote call or face-to- face before a potential decision and offer stage. You will talk about the work you would like to do, the roles you are looking for and your future ambitions.

4. Decision 

After your final interview, our team will meet to review your application to reach a decision within five business days. We'll keep you updated and are here to answer any questions you may have along the way.
