What To Expect
As part of the EMEA Industrial Energy team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the regional strategy for our B2B energy solutions — Powerpack and Megapack. Your mission will be to manage and evolve our product messaging and content strategy across EMEA, supporting our core segments: Utility, Commercial & Industrial, and Microgrids.

You'll collaborate closely with the Global Growth & Content team to develop and execute regional marketing initiatives that support every stage of the customer and project lifecycle. You'll also help strengthen our localized marketing programs, ensuring they reflect both our global brand standards and regional market dynamics.

This is a high-impact, multi-dimensional role requiring a blend of technical understanding, strategic marketing acumen, and creativity. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability, initiative, and collaboration are key.

What You'll Do- Leverage customer, product, and market insights to create relevant, localized messaging tailored to each market's unique energy landscape.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to customize marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Define key messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiators to support local launches and strategic decisions.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing assets including sales presentations, brochures, videos, events, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the Global Growth & Content team to ensure all regional materials align with global brand and marketing standards.
- Manage budgets and external agencies to ensure campaign quality, efficiency, and measurable impact.
- Evaluate and report on regional marketing performance, ROI, and contribution to global company goals
What You'll Bring- 6+ years in integrated B2B marketing, including 3+ years in product or partnership marketing/branding, with at least 2 years in an international company.
- Experience in renewables, ideally energy storage, is highly desired.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence across analytical and creative teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in diverse contexts.
- Analytical thinker with expertise in data-driven marketing, strategy development, and tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Experience using consumer insights to enhance product experience.
- Knowledge of event marketing best practices and trends.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to solve complex issues with limited resources.
- Deep commitment to transforming energy use on the electric grid.
- Willingness to work across global time zones and teams.
- Bilingual or trilingual (or more) is a plus.
