Mechanical Technician / Onderhoudstechnicus

Werkzaamheden

Als Mechanical Technician / Onderhoudstechnicus ga je veilig en milieubewust preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren aan de verschillende fabrieksinstallaties volgens geldende bedrijfsprocedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Je rapporteert aan je teamleider / uitvoerder.

  • Draag bij aan veiligheidsinitiatieven en neem deel aan trainingen.
  • Oplossen van storingen aan installaties en maken van storingsanalyses.
  • Implementeren van verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de installaties te optimaliseren.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om onderhoudsbehoeften af te stemmen
  • Rapporteren van onderhoudsactiviteiten en het bijhouden van documentatie
  • Begeleiden, instrueren en toezien op het naleven van de voorschriften op het gebied van vakinhoud, kwaliteit, veiligheids-en milieuvoorschriften door monteurs van derden
  • Opvolgen en afnemen van uitbesteed werk
  • Verrichten van incident /kwaliteitsonderzoek en rapportage
  • Administratieve werkzaamheden SAP

Wat breng je mee

  • Technische MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.
  • Kennis van installatie- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Een hoog veiligheids besef
  • In staat zijn om zelfstandig te werken en beslissingen te nemen onder druk.
  • Leergierig
  • Servicegericht, flexibel en hebt een positieve instelling
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte instelling
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
