Your Mission

As a
Customer Support Expert
, you'll be the voice of Insify, ensuring every customer gets a smooth, top-notch experience and appropriate advice on their insurance needs.

What You Will Do

  • Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with clarity and empathy. You'll go above and beyond to create "wow" moments for clients, tackling challenges with a solutions-first approach
  • Continuously improve the customer experience, collaborating across teams—your ideas will make a difference
  • Provide feedback to refine our products and processes, always keeping the customer at the centre
  • Grow and evolve with us

What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in French (written & spoken) — this is non-negotiable
  • Available full-time
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and ready for challenges - you do not give up easily
  • Strong communicator with great attention to detail
  • Independent yet a team player—thriving in a small but dynamic team

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in a regulated sector (insurance, banking, fintech) or customer support
  • Have worked in a startup before and love the fast-paced environment
