Data Analyst

Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.

Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in the service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, and more countries soon, love running on Tebi.

We're looking for one of our first Data Analysts to join our growing team and use our data to inform important strategic decisions for Tebi. You will be the crucial link between our vast datasets and the critical decisions made by our senior leaders, finance, and operations teams.

You'll build and own key dashboards, analyse strategic deep-dives into the business. A core part of the job involves close partnership with our Data Engineers to define the data pipelines and ensure that we have proper scalable data models. This is a role for someone who loves building things from scratch and gets excited about turning messy data into structured, trustworthy insight.

• Generate strategic insights and dashboards by analyzing operational and financial data

• Translate findings into clear, impactful narratives for stakeholders

• Proactively identify and communicate trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to highlight opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth

• Translate business needs to clear data definitions

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Strong experience in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets

• Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Superset) and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong ability to communicate data findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

• The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and take full ownership of analytical deliverables.

• Experience working in early-stage startups or small teams

• Passion for the hospitality space and interest in improving tools for small businesses
