We're looking for a
Creative & Social Media All-Rounder
who knows how to capture that magic and translate it into content that resonates online. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, spots opportunities in the moment, and brings them to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

At THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, no two days are the same — and no two brands are the same either. That's why adaptability is key. One day you might be shooting cocktails at IZAKAYA, the next editing a burger reel for THE BUTCHER, or capturing the vibe of a late-night DJ set at MR PORTER. The Role

• Plan, shoot, and edit scroll-stopping, social-first content across all key channels.
• Capture the energy, atmosphere, and lifestyle of our restaurants, bars, and clubs through photography and video.
• Stay on top of social and cultural trends, adapting them for our brands in fresh, on-brand ways.
• Build and maintain content calendars that support campaigns, launches, and events.
• Collaborate with our marketing, design, and creative teams to deliver content that connects.
• Engage with our communities online, creating meaningful conversations and interaction.
• Analyse performance and use insights to continuously level up our content.
• Bring new ideas, fresh angles, and unexpected creativity to the table.

You as a Creative All-Rounder

• Passionate about storytelling through short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Skilled in creating casual, fast-turnaround content that feels native to platforms.
• Confident with a camera & smartphone — and if you have professional videography experience, that's a big plus.
• Proficient in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, in-app editors).
• Adaptable and flexible — able to switch between 9 brands, each with its own personality and audience.
• Knowledge of paid social / Meta ads is a strong plus.
• A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment.
• Fluent in English
