Voor onze klant, een gespecialiseerd Global Mobility kantoor in Amsterdam-Zuid, zoeken wij een ervaren Senior Associate Global Mobility. Dit boutique kantoor ondersteunt internationale organisaties en expats met complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van internationale tewerkstelling, loonheffingen, sociale zekerheid en persoonlijke belastingen.

Het team bestaat uit ervaren specialisten die werken in een informele, professionele en internationale omgeving, met veel aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van dienstverlening.

Jouw rol

  • Adviseren van internationale klanten over grensoverschrijdende arbeidsmobiliteit, fiscale verplichtingen en compliance.
  • Begeleiden van expats en werkgevers bij inkomstenbelastingaangiften, 30%-regeling en internationale structuren.
  • Coördineren van projecten binnen de Global Mobility- en Expat Tax-praktijk.
  • Samenwerken met internationale kantoren en HR-afdelingen van klanten.
  • Begeleiden van junior collega's en bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het team.

Jouw profiel

  • Afgeronde WO-opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie.
  • Minimaal 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen de Global Mobility- of Expat Tax-praktijk.
  • Grondige kennis van internationale loon- en inkomstenbelastingwetgeving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
  • Proactief, klantgericht en in staat zelfstandig klantrelaties te beheren.
