A day in the life of a Night Cook:

  • Prepare and serve midnight meals and breakfast according to the menu scope
  • Ensure food is produced safely, following legislative standards and Aramark procedures
  • Present food in an appealing and high-quality manner
  • Be present at the serving line during opening hours to assist guests
  • Complete food safety documentation and participate in stock planning and provision ordering
  • Follow checklists to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in galley and kitchen areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in weekly safety training and meetings

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Valid offshore certificates
  • Professional training as a cook
  • Experience with offshore cooking or similar environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple tasks
  • Strong team skills and a positive attitude
  • Passion for baking, light cooking, and food quality
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
