About the Role:

We're looking for a
CIS Deskside Support Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems (both Mac and Windows). The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer support with minimal supervision.

You'll be the go-to person for resolving hardware, software, and network issues — ensuring smooth IT operations and high-quality end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for Mac and Windows environments.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of systems and applications.
  • Conduct regular asset audits and maintain accurate Tech Bar inventory records.
  • Log and track all asset-related transactions in the ticketing system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all users, including executive-level staff.
  • Provide basic support for network and AV equipment, identify issues, and coordinate vendor escalations when required.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, incidents, and resolutions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a
    Desktop or Deskside Support Engineer
    .
  • Strong background in
    Mac & Windows support
    .
  • Hands-on experience providing
    VIP and Executive-level support
    .
  • Proficiency in
    network troubleshooting
    and connectivity support.
  • Effective communication skills in
    English and the local language
    .
  • Experience with
    ticketing and monitoring tools
    .

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Microsoft Intune
    .

Qualifications:

  • A+ Certification
    or equivalent practical knowledge.
  • Hardware / OEM warranty certifications
    .
  • Apple (Mac) certification
    preferred.
  • Understanding of
    ITIL processes
    and service management best practices.
