Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eindhoven for a Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project timelines, maintaining project-related documentation, providing administrative support to the project team, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include tracking budgets, preparing reports, and supporting organizational workflows as needed to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project administration
- Attention to detail in maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and supporting project managers and production management
- Good communication skills to facilitate stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with ERP (Exact)
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Accounting background at MBO-4 / HBO level
- Experience in High-Tech, Semicon, or Energy sectors is a plus
