As a Senior Microsoft Cloud & Endpoint Engineer, you'll be part of our Managed Services team, driving innovation and delivering seamless workplace experiences for customers, both remote and onsite.

You're more than a technical expert, you're a Cloud Pioneer. A sparring partner for stakeholders, a connector across teams, and a driver of continuous improvement. In our segment-oriented teams, you'll collaborate closely with solution architects and service delivery managers to design, operate, and optimise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You bring structure to dynamic situations, tackle complex challenges with confidence, and help organisations future-proof their digital workplace with AVD, Intune, and rock-solid operational practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and structure workplace operations for customers, ensuring smooth service delivery and driving process improvements.
  • Lead service onboarding, extensive changes, and small projects.
  • Analyse customer environments and report findings during operational and tactical meetings.
  • Advise on and implement standardisation and alignment of customer environments, including AVD and Intune.
  • Manage and execute incidents, requests, and problems with a focus on risk mitigation and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and team coordinators to design and deliver robust solutions.
  • Train team members to enhance skillsets.
  • Document service delivery and contribute to ongoing process optimisation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Microsoft-centric environments
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 4+ years of technical consulting experience
  • OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years of technical experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Comfortable working in both English and Dutch

Preferred Experience

  • Microsoft Cloud: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Intune (device management), Entra ID (identity & access, MFA, conditional access)
  • Scripting & Development: PowerShell automation, Bicep, Function Apps, packaging apps for Intune
  • Security: Defender, Sentinel, vulnerability management, MFA, encryption, identity governance
  • Azure: VMs, firewalls, automation accounts, networking, storage, disk encryption
  • Networking & Hybrid: DHCP, DNS, firewall rules, VPN, hybrid AD/Entra ID
  • Integration: APIs, SSO app registration, third-party software deployment
  • ITIL & ITSM: Change management processes, TOPdesk familiarity
  • Experience leading technical conversations with customers around modern data architectures, analytics, and AI-driven insights using Azure Data Services (Fabric, Databricks, SQL Database)
  • Proven ability to deliver technical engagements such as architecture sessions, demos, and proofs of concept
