Release Manager Contract Lifecycle Management & Finance
You will lead the release management of a large SaaS back-office application. Acting as a key liaison between business and technology teams, you will define and coordinate release strategies, drive continuous improvement, and support the rollout of solutions across multiple countries.

We are seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in managing technical aspects of SaaS solutions, including configuration management, environment management, version control, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing enterprise-level contract management systems, preferably with hands-on experience in Alfa, our new solution for DLL in Europe

You will be part of the Alfa program team preparing for a successful go-live of the system in all the European markets. This is a multi-year program that will require of all involved a high level of collaboration and commitment to make it a success.

Day To Day

• Responsible for the setup and execution of configuration management, environment and release management, version control and deployment management.
• Implement guidelines for best practices and quality control in configuration (with Alfa), including a change control management process that fits both the Alfa way of working as DLL standards.
• Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, including deployment plans and checklists
• Ensure embedment of IT , security, compliance and non-functional requirements – and considering architecture landscape and target state.
• Partner with external and internal service providers.
• Play a key role in shaping release governance and delivery excellence across the program and organization.

Essentials

• Proven experience in project coordination and release management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and release automation tools (conceptual)
• Experience working with SaaS vendors or complex IT environments
• Knowledge of quality standards and governance in IT delivery.
• Adaptability to work in a complex, multi-year program environment.

Extras

• Experience in the Implementation of Alfa Systems is considered an advantage
• Experience with international software rollouts
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in SaaS environments
• Ambition to grow into a technical project management role
