Techniek begrijp je, klanten nog beter. Jij vertaalt complexe oplossingen naar heldere service.

Wat ga je doen?

In het begin houd je je bezig met orderverwerking, documentatie en het coördineren van administratieve taken rondom binnenkomende onderdelen. Zodra je de processen beheerst, neem je de leiding in klantcontacten en orderbeheer. Jouw verdere takenpakket:

  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten over lopende reparaties en leveringen.
  • Je bewaakt de levertijden, facturatie en voortgang.
  • Onderhandel je zelfstandig over offertes en prijzen.
  • Coördineer je orderactiviteiten tussen klanten, productie, sales, finance en leveranciers.
  • Begeleid je aftersalestrajecten, garantieclaims en klantvragen.
  • Draag je bij aan verbeterprojecten en denk je mee over commerciële kansen.
  • Neem je deel aan de AOG-dienst (Aircraft on Ground) volgens een roulatieschema.

Waar ga je werken?

Onze opdrachtgever is al meer dan 75 jaar marktleider binnen revisie, repareren, testen en modificeren van vliegtuigcomponenten. De locatie in Maastricht (125 medewerkers) maakt deel uit van het wereldwijde netwerk van gespecialiseerde reparatiefaciliteiten. Op deze locatie richten zij zich op propellers, air management systemen, brandstofpompen, elektronica en verlichting.

Jij werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar zoekt tegelijk actief de samenwerking op. Je bent stressbestendig, blijft overzicht houden en weet snel te schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten. Bovenal ben je iemand die kansen ziet, initiatief toont en energie krijgt van het helpen van klanten én collega's. Verder verwachten wij:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in relevante richting.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Uitstekend beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
