Bei Klook haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, Reisenden auf unserer Plattform eine Welt voller Freude zu eröffnen – von lokalen Erlebnissen über geführte Touren bis hin zu Fahrkarten und sogar WLAN-Verbindungen. Wir haben unser Angebot an entdeckbaren Produkten erweitert und suchen eine Person (m/w/d), die uns dabei unterstützt, diese über ein vertrauenswürdiges Netzwerk aus Influencer*innen und Markenbotschafter*innen zu präsentieren.
Sie leiten die strategischen Markteinführungspläne für das Klook Kreator-Programm in der DACH-Region und packen gleichzeitig selbst mit an, um Verträge auszuhandeln, Kreative zu briefen und starke Beziehungen aufzubauen. Erfolg in dieser Position bedeutet, unsere Influencer*innen-Community auszubauen, eine klare ROI-Methodik zu entwickeln und Kreator*innen als Wachstumstreiber im breiteren Marketing-Mix von Klook zu verankern.
Was Sie tun werden
- Eigene Influencer-Strategie: Entwickeln und implementieren Sie die DACH Influencer-Marketingstrategie und definieren Sie dabei klare Ziele, Prozesse und Erfolgskennzahlen. Heben Sie unser Programm klar vom Wettbewerb ab, indem Sie Alleinstellungsmerkmale, Verhandlungsspielräume und relevante Nischen Communities identifizieren.
- Partnerschaften mit Creator*innen: Bauen Sie Beziehungen zu Creator*innen auf, verhandeln und managen Sie diese über Long- und Short-Form-Kanäle hinweg – und stellen Sie sicher, dass Partnerschaften sowohl die Markenaffinität als auch den messbaren ROI steigern.
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Arbeiten Sie eng mit den Teams für Community & Social, Brand, Kampagnen, Partnerschaften & Affiliates sowie Kreativ zusammen, um die Influencer*innen-Ergebnisse auf die übergeordneten Unternehmensziele auszurichten.
- Berichterstattung und ROI: Erstellen und pflegen Sie (mit Unterstützung des Marketing-Ops-Teams) Dashboards, um die Performance von Influencer*innen, den tatsächlichen ROI und zentrale Deal-Kennzahlen (CPV, CPA, Umsatzzuordnung) zu verfolgen. Informieren Sie interne Stakeholder über Ergebnisse und Erkenntnisse.
- Prozess und Skalierung: Führen Sie skalierbare Arbeitsmethoden ein (Briefing Vorlagen, Verträge, Tracking-Systeme), die das Kreator-Marketing effizient und wiederholbar machen.
- Marktvertretung und Community-Building: Treten Sie intern und extern als Fürsprecher*in des Klook Kreator-Programms auf und vertreten Sie Klook bei Branchen- und Creator-Veranstaltungen.
Was Sie Benötigen
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer-Marketing mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen bei der Skalierung von Influencer-Programmen und dem Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften.
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Beziehungskompetenz im Umgang mit Creator*innen, Agenturen und Netzwerken.
- Analytisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, den ROI von Influencer-Investitionen zu definieren, zu messen und klar zu kommunizieren.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und quer über alle Ebenen.
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit (Brand, Paid Media, Affiliates, Kreativ, Produkt) ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Leidenschaft für Reisen und Neugier auf kulturelle Trends, die Inhalte und Creator*innen Landschaften prägen.
- Erfahrung in der Reisebranche ist ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

About This Position
You will lead the strategic, go-to-market channel plans for launching the Klook Kreator programme in the DACH region, while still rolling up your sleeves to negotiate deals, brief creators, and build strong relationships. Success in this role means scaling our influencer community, developing clear ROI methodology, and embedding Kreators as a growth engine alongside Klook's broader marketing mix.
What You'll Do
- Own Influencer Strategy: Develop and operationalize the DACH influencer marketing strategy, setting clear objectives, processes, and success metrics. Distinguish our programme against others in the market by finding USPs, negotiation levers and niche communities.
- Creator Partnerships: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators across long- and short-form channels, ensuring partnerships drive both brand affinity and measurable ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Community & Social, Brand, Campaigns, Partnerships & Affiliates, and Creative teams to align influencer output with broader business goals.
- Reporting & ROI: Build and maintain (with the help of Marketing Ops teams) dashboards to track influencer performance, true ROI, and key deal metrics (CPV, CPA, sales attribution). Educate internal stakeholders on results and insights.
- Process & Scale: Introduce scalable ways of working (briefing templates, contracts, tracking systems) that make Kreator marketing efficient and repeatable.
- Market Representation and Community Building: Be an advocate for Klook's Kreator programme internally and externally; represent Klook at industry and creator events.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of influencer marketing experience, with proven success scaling an influencer programme and building long-term partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills with creators, agencies, and networks.
- Analytical mindset with ability to define, measure, and communicate ROI of influencer investments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for managing up and across.
- Collaborating across functions (brand, paid media, affiliates, creative, product) comes second-nature to you.
- Passion for travel and curiosity about cultural trends shaping content and creators.
- Travel industry experience is a plus, but not required.
