Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for building influential partnerships? We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our marketing efforts and drive impactful partnerships across Central Eastern Europe and the UK/Ireland markets. Responsibilities:

Drive Impactful Partnerships:

  • Lead the charge in establishing and growing strategic brand partnerships, focusing on corporate gifting, loyalty, and employee benefit programs. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Execute High-Impact Brand Campaigns:

  • Leverage your marketing expertise to create 360 campaigns with other brands that keep Rituals at the forefront of consumers' and partners' minds.

Shape the Future:

  • Collaborate with local and global partners to expand and activate partnerships, ensuring market alignment and brand growth.
Qualifications

High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humor. A driven, commercial marketer, you're someone who strives for excellence and is always looking at ways to improve.

On top of this, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in marketing and developing strategic partnerships with international clients.
  • A strong track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Confidence in pitching ideas and securing buy-in from partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
