Establishment of Logistics Business Strategies and Securing Business Opportunities:

Support the establishment of short-term logistics business strategies and mid to long term logistics business master plans, and discover business opportunities based on the business strategies.

Logistics Business P/L: Management and Cost Innovation Monitor business performance to carry out the classification and analysis of P/L improvement management target projects (project with loss), establish innovation task plans for regions and bases, and support checking logistics costs and discovering cost reduction tasks.

Securing Logistics Operation Stability and Managing Business Risks: Operate logistics business according to the business process, operating guidelines, and inspection standards for each type of logistics (international/inland transportation, warehouse operation, etc.), support deriving solutions by identifying pending operational issues in regions and bases, and monitor the response status of each person in charge for each business risk item (receivables issue, operation issue, etc.).

Analyzing the Logistics Market, Establishing Product STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) Strategies, and Upholding Customer Value: Analyze the logistics market, technological trends, competition and regulatory environments, and customer requirements, conduct various activities to discover target markets where our products can compete well, and uphold customer value.

Product Planning and Management: Support research for annual product roadmap establishment, product upgrade strategy establishment, and a new investment planning.

Preparation of Product PRD and Planning Document: According to the product roadmap, support the activities for preparing product PRD and detailed planning for planned release.

Preparation/Management of Product Introduction and Educational Content: Prepare and manage product introduction and educational content.

Establishment of an International Transportation Plan: Shorten the transportation period, discover the optimal route that can reduce logistics costs, and perform operational efficiency improvement tasks.

Overseas Transport Execution Management: Secure alternatives to respond to exceptions, such as schedule delay and lack of freight space.

Region/Base Operation Efficiency Improvement: Confirm the implementation of the innovation task plan in the regions and bases and reflect changes in the plan once changes occur.

Securing Region/Base Operation Stability: Identify pending operational issues in regions and bases to support establishing solutions, and operate business processes, operation guidelines, and inspection standards for each type of logistics such as logistics warehouse/inland transportation.

Settlement Execution: Analyze and take actions on the causes of logistics costs that are difficult to verify.

Settlement and Contract Management: Analyze the cause of delay in settlement and use a checklist for settlement, register important masters required for settlement in the system, participate in the review of unit price and contract, and enter unit price for each logistics cost item into the system.

Establishment and Operation of Global Logistics Security Management System: Check basic policy data and analyze the results of malicious code mail simulation training, and conduct security training for employees and companies to prevent security accidents by identifying the current status and security level of domestic and overseas logistics security policies.

Logistics Facility Security Management and Cargo Theft Prevention: Identify and analyze the current status and security level of regional and base logistics business sites, review improvement plans for the bases with frequent thefts, and analyze major theft cases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain or Business Economics/Management)

3-5 years

English in speaking and writing

Communication and motivational skills

Financial knowledge

Highly analytical and advanced user of Excel and Access

Problem solving skills

Speaking and writing in Dutch

Experience in Logistics

Leadership skills
