As an
Affiliate Manager
at flatexDEGIRO, you'll be responsible for expanding our presence in Germany and Austria through a high-performing affiliate program. Your role will involve identifying onboarding, and managing affiliates, negotiating attractive partnerships, and providing affiliates with campaigns and tailored content. By leveraging your knowledge of the DACH fintech landscape and culture, you will create strategies that drive conversions and build lasting trust with our partners.
You'll track and optimize affiliate performance using data and insights, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results. At the same time, you'll collaborate closely with product, compliance, and marketing teams to make sure all partner communication aligns with flatexDEGIRO's strategic goals and regulatory standards. Business fluent German is a plus for this role.
What tasks can you expect with us?
- Affiliate recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates who can drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Campaign management: Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
- Performance monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Content creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create promotional materials, including banners, landing pages, tailored for affiliates.
- Compliance management: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with financial regulations and company policies.
- Contract negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
What do we want from you?
- 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or user acquisition, ideally within fintech, or tech industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling partner-driven growth in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
- Experience in optimizing affiliate performance and collaborating across product, legal, and design teams.
- An eye for detail and ensuring affiliate content is compliant and meets regulatory standards.
- Business fluent English skills.
- Deep understanding of DACH markets and affiliate models (CPL, CPC, fixed), with an understanding of growth funnels and local media.
