SENIOR MANAGER DIGITAL SHELF EXCELLENCE EUROPE
LOCATION: Role based in Europe, not necessarily Amsterdam.
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Digital Shelf Excellence Europe to join our team.

Responsibilities
As our Senior Manager Digital Shelf Excellence Europe, you are responsible for driving content optimization, retailer compliance, and digital shelf strategy execution across key e-retailers.

You will drive the optimization and performance of digital shelf strategy by leading content excellence for the full Coty portfolio, compliance, and agency execution while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives across key customers and categories.

Your main focus:

• Lead content optimization and compliance execution for European retailers across all products.
• Own definition of EU content standards and work in partnership with Global Brands to ensure best in class content - providing Guidelines, best practices and insights.
• Oversee content quality also as commercial readiness tracking to ensure relevant and on-time content is delivered, in partnership with Global Data & Analytics team.
• Collaborate with Activation, Retail Media, and Amazon/Pureplayer teams to align digital shelf content with commercial objectives and support in temporary content development.
• Manage the day-to-day output of the localization agency, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery as well as regular content updates and optimizations.
• Monitor KPIs such as digital shelf and conversion rate; identify areas for improvement using performance dashboards in partnership with Global Data & Analytics and Global Digital IT team.
• Support tooling optimization and explore automation and innovation opportunities.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Other than that, you have:

• 5–7 years of experience in e-retail content, preferably within Prestige beauty or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of the European retailer landscape, PDP best practices, and digital shelf analytics.
• Experience working with agencies and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands, launches and retailers calendars simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
