Responsible for the secretarial and administrative support of the department's management, making use of the systems available in such a way that a contribution is made to optimal management performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for secretarial duties in the department, collaborating with the Secretary.
• Supports colleagues by addressing inquiries in consultation with management, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence per management instructions and in coordination with the senior secretary to provide timely information to involved parties.
• Independently handles management diaries, ensuring optimal availability for both internal and external engagements.
• Organizes department meetings, following guidelines for smooth proceedings and comprehensive information dissemination.
• Manages telephone calls, adhering to Our client guidelines for clear communication within the department.
• Coordinates travel arrangements and local transportation within Client`s policy guidelines to ease the workload of department staff.
• Takes independent responsibility for proper filing of correspondence and documents, ensuring quick retrieval in line with departmental guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Independent
• Precise
• Stress resistent/immune to stress
• Able to communicate well
• Service-oriented
• Presentable Command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the internal organisation.
• Education: Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) (secretarial)
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant work experience
• Must be available 16-32h/week
