Job Summary

This role is part of the Taste Business - crafting unique, technology-enabled flavor designs that define the identity of food and beverage brands, shape trends in flavor building and fuel market success.We're now looking for a Global Marketing Lead for Snacks portfolio In this role you're responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of the Global Salty Snacks priorities. This role supports development and execution of strategic growth plans, drives innovation, and tracks performance against KPIs. You will also identify innovation opportunities, then support the development of business cases and value propositions to address them. You will also engage with key customers, and manage internal training to strengthen expertise and deliver the KPIs for Salty Snacks. Your potential is our inspiration.
Location for the role is Hilversum (NL) or Haverhill (UK) in a hybrid model.
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Market Analysis – Lead Snacks market analysis (size, trends, competition, IFF position) and identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Global Growth Plans – Define strategy, develop category growth plans, and support innovation with market and customer insights.
- Innovation Business Cases – Build cases for projects, quantifying market potential and financial targets with cross-functional teams.
- Marketing Materials – Create and update presentations, one-pagers, and campaign assets for global/regional accessibility.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs (pipeline, wins, revenue, margins), analyze trends, and recommend actions to improve results.
- Quarterly Reports – Support development of market and business diagnostics with leadership.
- Customer Engagement – Partner with key Non-PepsiCo customers, support strategic initiatives and RFPs to drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Innovation, Commercial, Insights, Finance, and Pricing teams.
- Thought Leadership – Position IFF brands and capabilities through events, publications, and digital channels.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Science or Food Science/ Food Technology (preferred) and/or Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B or B2C in Food related industry. Food ingredients and snack seasoning experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and execution, strong capabilities in relationship building, networking and management.
- Experience in project initiation, Success Criteria definition and Value proposition development preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A customer-centric mindset, strong leadership skills with the ability to lead through persuasion and influence.
- Experience in international roles and/or multicultural environments preferred.
