About The Role
As a Centre of Excellence Technical Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for customer demonstrations and sample production. Working in a small, dynamic team, you'll:

  • Deliver live and virtual demonstrations of our digital printing systems, focusing on monochrome variable data solutions.
  • Produce high-quality customer samples that showcase our technology.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process and ensure every demo is a success.
  • Provide customers with a best-in-class experience that reflects the innovation and reputation of our brand.
  • Represent Domino at trade shows and events, both in person and online.

What We're Looking For
We value an innovative mindset and attention to detail. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and play a key role in driving sales success. Flexibility to travel is required, especially during onboarding.

  • Experience in printing, label presses, or the graphic arts industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional support.
  • Technical affinity with digital printing systems.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital printing and graphic software (e.g., ESKO RIP).
