We are seeking someone passionate about advancing Human–AI interaction through emotion-aware technologies. This role focuses on developing intelligent systems that interpret & respond to emotional cues across modalities such as speech, facial expressions, & text.

You will the lead research & development of advanced amplifier architectures for next-generation mobile communication systems. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, bandwidth, & robustness of power amplifiers used in mobile transmitters.

As a
Research Engineer
your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct research in affective computing, multimodal learning, & emotionally intelligent AI systems.
  • Design, train, & evaluate models that enhance emotion recognition & adaptive responses
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate research outcomes into real-world applications.
  • Stay informed about the latest advances in AI & contribute to top-tier publications.

As a
Research Engineer
your skills will include:

Required

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Affective Computing, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with multimodal large language models (MLLMs), particularly in emotion recognition or expressive synthesis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, & communication skills, with the ability to work both independently & collaboratively.

Preferred

  • Record of publications in relevant AI or affective computing conferences/journals.
  • Experience handling multimodal datasets & fine-tuning or evaluating large models.
  • Awareness of emerging MLLM techniques such as long-context reasoning or chain-of-thought prompting.
  • Understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) principles & ethical aspects of emotion-aware AI.
  • Background in interdisciplinary or collaborative research projects.
