Wat ga je doen?

Voor ons schitterende hotel in Scheveningen zoeken wij een Stagiair Human Resource Ben jij op zoek naar een leerzame en afwisselende HR-stage binnen een dynamische werkomgeving? Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus biedt een stageplek aan voor een enthousiaste en leergierige HR-student.

Wat ga je doen?
Tijdens deze stage draai je volledig mee binnen de HR-afdeling en leer je hoe het er achter de schermen aan toegaat in een organisatie met meerdere hotels. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het schrijven en publiceren van vacatures, het ondersteunen van het sollicitatieproces en het verwerken van personeelsverloop. Ook werk je mee aan onboardingtrajecten en krijg je de kans om betrokken te zijn bij lopende projecten, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van medewerkerstevredenheid en interne communicatie. Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen inbreng en initiatief, en daarnaast voldoende tijd en ondersteuning om aan je stageopdracht te werken. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR-adviseur en andere collega's binnen het Supportteam, waardoor je veel leert in de praktijk en onderdeel wordt van het team.

Jouw bagage als Human Resources Stagiair

  • Je volgt een hbo-opleiding in de richting van HRM, Hospitality of Toerisme.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, sociaal en durft vragen te stellen.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en pakt dingen snel op.
