As a Senior Specialist, you will be a central part of developing, executing, and optimising Paid Social activities for some of the most ambitious companies. You will collaborate with specialists across offices and markets, taking a leading role in ensuring our offerings remain competitive in a dynamic digital landscape.

Your core responsibilities will include

• Developing and optimising Paid Social strategies for high growth clients

• Acting as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for your clients

• Designing sophisticated cross channel strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat

• Collaborating with client services on campaign setup and optimisation strategies

• Contributing to the professional development of the team across s360

• Leading the creation of new templates and processes to improve workflows

Join our Amsterdam team

You will join our office in the heart of Amsterdam. Here, you will be part of a team of digital specialists across disciplines like SEO, Content, and Paid Search. We work closely together, sharing knowledge and insights to help each other progress. You will also be part of our international Paid Social community. This global team spans 11 offices, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues across cultures and learn from diverse perspectives.

With our office located in the heart of Amsterdam, you'll have easy access to public transport and be surrounded by plenty of great spots for coffee and lunch

You love Social Media Marketing

We expect you to have significant experience within paid social, ideally from a digital agency where you have managed multiple client accounts.

Furthermore, you can probably recognise the following: 

• 5+ years of experience in paid social with strong proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest

• You don't just report on CTR; you understand MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), attribution challenges in a post-iOS14 world, and how to prove value to a CMO.

• You are comfortable leading high-stakes presentations and can translate complex data into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Work independently and proactively and thrive in a dynamic environment

• Have a structured and organized approach 

• Passionate about solving challenges using the latest tools and keeping up with trends in paid social.

• Strong Dutch language skills preferred
