Sales & Channel Manager – TRIAS DLP
At Tradons Technology, we build cybersecurity products that don't get in your way—they protect, simplify, and empower. Our flagship solution, TRIAS DLP, is growing fast across Europe, and we're expanding our team with someone who can help accelerate that journey.
We're looking for a Sales & Channel Manager who knows how to open doors, build trust, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships. Someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinks independently, and cares about doing things the right way—values that matter in the Netherlands.
What you will do
• Grow our presence in the Benelux market with a clear, hands-on commercial approach
• Develop and manage channels, partners, and key accounts
• Understand the cybersecurity / DLP domain and communicate our value clearly
• Create predictable pipelines and help shape our go-to-market strategy
• Work closely with our product and technical teams to bring client feedback to life
What we're looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B software sales or channel management
• Strong command of English (Dutch is a plus, not a must)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, or SaaS solutions
• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable with freedom and responsibility
• A talent for relationship building—not just selling, but creating partnerships
