Qualifications we ask for

Bachelor or Master's degreeMinimum of 3 year experience in Recruitment / Executive searchExtensive knowledge on Commercial & result driven mindsetDedicated to proceed your career within Executive Search in the Renewable EnergyExcellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writingKnowledge of a second language is a plusLiving in the Amsterdam area is a must

Key responsibilities

Build and run your 'own' business within CGS 360 Headhunting: from sourcing to placementNew Business Development to create your personal client portfolioPro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managersNegotiate T&C's, SLA's and RPO'sBusiness optimization to strengthen your relationships and upsell your servicesGuiding your candidates through the entire application process at your clientBuddy and pro-actively guide Junior consultants

About the position

As a senior you will have the chance to develop yourself towards a Managing- or Principal Consultant role.
