About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager who is obsessed with creating meaningful, behaviour-changing experiences for individuals using our wellbeing app. You'll own the end-to-end user journey across scans, insights, wellbeing hub, booking flows, implementing rituals, and driving behaviour change.
Your mission is to empower every employee who uses TrueTribe to understand their wellbeing, take targeted action, and build positive habits that last. This is a
high-UX, high-execution role
that sits at the intersection of behavioural science, design, and product strategy.
What You'll Own
- Lead the Customer
experience
, from the first moment of
onboarding to the interactions, that drive meaningful change and user adoption, engagement and retention.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive flows and journeys.
- Translate wellbeing science into actionable, human-centred experiences.
- Drive experimentation: nudges, habit formation, notifications, and personalisation.
- Dig deep into product performance and user trends with data and product analytics and UX research to gain insights that inform decision making.
- Set up and conduct user research and usability testing; turn insights into clear specs.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, science, and AI teams to deliver features at pace.
- Ensure the app experience integrates seamlessly with employer reporting and marketplace components.
You Have
- 4–7+ years in Product Management with a strong UX focus.
- Experience designing consumer-grade mobile experiences (health, wellbeing, HR tech, or e learning is a plus).
- Strong understanding of behavioural design, habit loops, and persuasive UX.
- A portfolio of shipped end-to-end features with measurable business/user impact.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to create clarity across designers and engineers.
- A passion for wellbeing, human behaviour, neuroscience, or psychology
(bonus). - Comfortable designing experiences that resonate with Dutch-speaking users. Easily switch between Dutch and English in conversations team discussions and product decisions.
