As a Payroll Consultant, you are not just handling payslips, you make sure the entire HR administration runs better than ever.

You make sure the payslip is perfect.
No more hassle with piles of paper or complicated processes. This company works fully digital. Their mission is to make HR as efficient as possible. And that is where you come in. You know better than anyone that payroll is about more than just paying salaries.

As an expert in cloud-based payroll solutions, you help businesses improve their payroll processes. You make sure everything is correct, from legal compliance to on-time payments. This gives HR the space to grow, while you keep a close eye on the processes.

What will you do?
As a Payroll Consultant, you make sure everything around salaries is taken care of for your clients. From preparing payslips to managing vacation days and bonuses. Questions about taxes or new legislation? You explain it clearly and make sure they know what to do.

But it is not just about the numbers. You help your clients stay ahead in this complex field. You also help set up systems and processes so everything becomes easier and faster. And if there is ever an audit, you make sure everything is in order. You are often the main contact for everyone involved in payroll, from HR and accountants to software providers.

Sounds good, but can I do this?
We are confident you can. You already have experience in payroll administration and you have a PDL or VPS diploma, or you are willing to get one. You work accurately and enjoy working with clients. You also speak Dutch and English fluently. Passionate about payroll and legislation? Then this role is perfect for you.
