We are working with forward-thinking financial institutions across Europe and are now hiring our first Head of Sales

to build and scale our GTM motion in the UK and EU.

The Role

This is a
hands-on, founding commercial role

. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle - from pipeline generation through to signed deals - while also laying the foundation for a repeatable motion and future team. You'll work closely with the CEO, helping shape the GTM strategy, refine ICP, and open doors across banks and large financial institutions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building: creating processes where there is none yet, navigating enterprise risk/security requirements, and ultimately turning early POCs into flagship lighthouse customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive enterprise pipeline for UK & Europe financial institutions
  • Identify, prospect, and open doors with CIO, CTO, Heads of Architecture, and Engineering leaders
  • Structure and run POCs with strong success criteria tied to measurable engineering outcomes
  • Navigate procurement, risk/security review, and compliance approvals inside banks
  • Develop the first salesGTM playbooks: ICP, messaging, mutual action plans, forecasting, adapt and evolve according to ongoing customer feedback.
  • Report pipeline health and deal velocity to the leadership team, and maintain clear visibility of KPIs
  • Build strong commercial foundations for scale (CRM discipline, pricing structure, POV frameworks)
  • Help define when/where to hire SDRs/AEs later in the journey
  • Partner directly with the CEO on strategic deals, network building, and event presence

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years selling complex enterprise software into
    banks or financial institutions
  • Experience owning full-cycle deals with
    long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
  • Direct exposure to procurement, InfoSec, risk assessments, technical diligence
  • Ability to operate as a
    player-coach

(hands-on selling while shaping GTM)
- Strong executive presence: credible with VP/CXO stakeholders
- Comfortable selling a
non-commodity

solution (category-creation or transformation-oriented)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in modernization, developer tooling, engineering platforms, or legacy/core systems
  • Prior early-stage or first commercial hire experience
  • Existing relationships within UK/EU Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks
  • Familiarity with POC design and mutual evaluation plans in regulated environments
