Wat ga je doen?

Als Project Lead ben jij hét gezicht van Istia tijdens een implementatie en de verbindende schakel tussen de klantvraag en de oplossing. Je:

  • bouwt vanaf de pre-salesfase al een relatie op met de klant en denkt mee over de beste oplossing;
  • voert onderzoeken uit bij de klant en vertaalt hun logistieke processen naar functionele oplossingen in de software;
  • werkt samen met de developers aan configuraties, nieuwe functies of integraties;
  • begeleidt de klant stap voor stap tijdens de implementatie, inclusief training en livegang;
  • houdt grip op de planning, het budget en de scope van het project;
  • blijft na oplevering betrokken als eerste aanspreekpunt voor nazorg en optimalisatie.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • 2+ jaar ervaring in een rol als implementatieconsultant, project lead, logistiek engineer of business analist;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, analytisch en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
  • Je bent 40 uur beschikbaar en vindt het leuk om op locatie bij klanten te zijn (voornamelijk in Nederland);
  • Affiniteit met logistiek of supply chain is een pré.
