To make this next growth phase happen, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into measurable results.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for defining and executing Tribe's growth marketing strategy across Europe.
Your goal: to translate Efficy's company vision and north star metric into a clear marketing roadmap with defined goals, campaigns, and KPIs that drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

You'll lead and structure a cross-country marketing team, manage inbound and outbound channels, and ensure that all activities are data-driven, measurable, and scalable.

Your Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Translate the company's strategic goals and north star metric into a marketing plan with clear objectives, campaigns, and KPIs.
  • Build and execute Tribe's go-to-market strategy for SMBs while also developing targeted initiatives for larger accounts (upmarket).
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to align on pipeline, targets, and growth levers.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, focused on CAC, ROI, and payback performance.

2. Channel Ownership & Execution

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing funnel, from awareness to activation.
  • Lead both inbound marketing (SEO/SEA, paid social, content, nurturing, marketing automation, lead management) and outbound marketing (cold email, LinkedIn campaigns, ABM).
  • Develop and implement multi-country digital channel strategies, tailoring campaigns to local contexts while ensuring central coordination and learning transfer.
  • Ensure high-quality lead generation and follow-up processes in close collaboration with Sales.

3. Data & Experimentation

  • Set up and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Run data-driven experiments to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention rates.
  • Analyze channel performance, customer behavior, and campaign impact to continuously refine tactics.
  • Build a culture of testing, learning, and iterating quickly within the team.

4. Team Leadership

  • Structure, coach, and coordinate a distributed marketing team across countries.
  • Ensure the right skills and focus are in place (e.g., paid acquisition, content, marketing ops, analytics).
  • Foster collaboration, clear priorities, and accountability across markets.
  • Engage and align external partners or agencies when relevant.

5. Market Insight & Positioning

  • Stay on top of CRM and SaaS market trends, customer expectations, and competitor positioning.
  • Use market insights to sharpen Tribe's messaging and differentiation.
  • Act as the bridge between customer feedback, product evolution, and marketing execution.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a focus on growth, acquisition, and digital strategy.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Paid Social Ads, email automation, SEO, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a solid grasp of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, conversion rates).
  • Capable of both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Experience coordinating marketing efforts across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • A natural team player and coach who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
