About the role:

We are searching for a strategic, results-driven Product Manager – Lifecycle Management. In this role, you will drive lifecycle management of existing EV Charging offering reflected in hardware, software, and service portfolios, ensuring customer-centric improvements, cross-functional go-to-market excellence, and alignment with Peblar's strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between customer insights, technical feasibility, and business value, positioning the product team as a strategic partner in driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product portfolio lifecycle improvements are market-validated, customer-driven, and support Peblar's goals.
  • Deliver a unified product management dashboard for lifecycle tracking.
  • Drive portfolio excellence for hardware, software, and services.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between market and development.
  • Support the development and maintenance of customer-centric hardware, software, and services roadmaps.
  • Identify customer insights, analyze market trends and competitors.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Proven ability in lifecycle product management, managing hardware, software, and service portfolios, and driving incremental improvements.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, validating product changes with customers and embedding feedback into lifecycle decisions.
  • Skilled in cross-functional leadership, facilitating go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, engaging internal stakeholders and external partners, and balancing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to synthesize insights and create clear product roadmaps, dashboards, and updates for diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement (e.g., Agile PM certification, stakeholder management training, partnership playbook).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are seen as a plus.
