Your new role
This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and market insights to support business decision-making and drive strategic initiatives across new areas, such as Obesity, Cardiovascular disease and MASH, and new customer segments, like Private Market and E-Health. The position involves developing market models, creating and maintaining PowerBI reports, and collaborating closely with commercial teams, external partners, and global/regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain market and patient models to support business strategy
- Build, optimize, and maintain PowerBI reports that meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights
- Manage and guide external partners which provide technical support on the ecosystem and complex data models.
- Apply advanced analytical methods such as AI/LLM models, Marketing Mix, Next Best Action, and Network Analytics
- Monitor and analyze relevant market developments and prepare business update presentations
- Coordinate with local data vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective use of data and analytics resources
Your new department
The Customer Engagement ('CE') department unites Customer & Market Insights with the enabling ecosystem and the channel expertise available. It enables the NL organisation by providing timely insights and fully incorporate digital channels in the go-to-market model. The output and contribution is data-driven, objective and challenging and CE members are part of cross-functional teams, driving commercial decision-making.
Your Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership, and demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities. They can build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adapt quickly to changing environments, and consistently deliver high-quality results. A patient- and customer-centric mindset is essential, along with a high degree of trustworthiness.
Main Requirements:
- Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in a high-level analytical role, preferably in a commercial organization
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI for modelling and reporting
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Experience with data warehouses, MS Fabric, or Snowflake is a plus
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
