For my client, an international company with headquarters in the Netherlands (Limburg) I am currently looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to support its operations.

This position offers a dynamic and varied workload, ideal for someone who enjoys working in English and being involved in a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.

About the Role

The Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting internal departments as well as external customers. The role involves providing general administrative support, being involved in orders logistics, following customer complaints and customer visits. The coordinator will be expected to manage their own tasks and projects, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-up.

Your key responsibilities

· Serve as a support contact for internal teams and external customers

· Coordinate customer requests, orders, complaints, and visits

· Assist in order logistics with operational and planning tasks

· Take ownership of assigned administrative duties

· Ensure structured follow-up and implementation of tasks across departments

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to handle a variety of challenges in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work are essential.

Requirements

· Native-level English (mandatory)

· Previous experience in logistics and/or customer service (at least one is required)

· Excellent administrative and organizational abilities

· A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset

· Strong attention to detail

· Authorization to work in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship is not available)
