We develop, design, and build high-voltage infrastructure for hydrogen plants, battery storage facilities, data centers, and TenneT. You'll join an informal team with a great working atmosphere and excellent compensation: €5,373 – €7,325 (depending on experience) + 18% flexible budget (including holiday allowance) and a year-end bonus.

The team in the Zwolle region is growing rapidly to deliver tailored solutions to clients in the North and Central Netherlands. We have a total of 300 colleagues, 15 of whom are based in the Zwolle region.
Your Role as Senior Project Engineer
As a Senior High Voltage Project Engineer, you are involved from A to Z in the design and realization of high-voltage substations at project sites. You are technically responsible for the engineering of challenging high-voltage projects. Depending on the size of the project, you may lead a small team and independently carry out the engineering work.
What this means:
- You are responsible for a wide range of secondary and primary engineering tasks (work packages).
- You are an all-rounder familiar with all types of high-voltage installations in the industry, from 110 kV to 380 kV, including the relevant standards and regulations.
- You collaborate with (project) management, clients, various authorities, and suppliers.
- You prepare system documentation, functional and technical specifications. You create proposals, reports, schedules, work descriptions, specifications, and operational overviews.
- You monitor budgets and review and analyze post-calculations.
- You proactively track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and report your findings.
- You also perform quality checks and are responsible for project documentation.
