Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and leisure facilities in the Netherlands.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and supporting CCS's growth in the Dutch hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and leisure facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers and operational leads.
- Respond to leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
- Monitor relevant tenders and collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals tailored to hospitality needs.
- Develop and deliver presentations specifically designed for prospective hospitality clients.
- Stay informed on hospitality industry trends and share insights with the team.
- Work closely with pricing and operations teams to create customized cleaning and facility solutions to our clients
Qualifications And Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within hospitality, cleaning, or facility services.
- Solution-driven sales professional, able to connect cleaning and facility services with customer-focused outcomes in hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, representing CCS values at all levels.
- Flexible with working hours and travel across the Netherlands.
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage and inspire clients effectively
