Ben jij een ervaren projectleider die energie krijgt van het verbinden van productontwikkeling en productie? In de rol van Projectmanager NPI begeleid je complexe ontwikkeltrajecten van start tot realisatie. Je stelt projectplannen op, coördineert multidisciplinaire teams en zorgt dat projecten binnen tijd, scope en budget worden opgeleverd. Jij houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en bewaakt kwaliteit en voortgang.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen van plannen van aanpak met heldere doelstellingen, randvoorwaarden en mijlpalen.
  • Samenstellen en aansturen van projectteams en optimaliseren van effectiviteit en samenwerking.
  • Verdelen van taken, bewaken van verantwoordelijkheden en ondersteunen van teamleden.
  • Plannen en beheren van capaciteit, kosten en budgetten binnen afgesproken kaders.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, status en financiën van projecten.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van input en output, inclusief bijbehorende rapportage.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je neemt beslissingen met vertrouwen, analyseert snel en trekt duidelijke conclusies.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
