Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the organization, team, and personnel development for the after-sales service function.
  2. Develop and manage after-sales service plans, standards, policies, and procedures.
  3. Oversee customer satisfaction and loyalty research, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Manage after-sales operations, including service capability building, service standardization, process design, and end-to-end service order management.
  5. Establish installation/maintenance service standards, promote technical training, and provide technical support to service centers.
  6. Manage spare parts operations — including planning, procurement, warranty part returns, and value-added product marketing.
  7. Build and operate regional after-sales service centers across Europe.
  8. Oversee the setup and optimization of the after-sales service system and related digital tools.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in an engineering or technical discipline.
  2. 5–10 years of experience in after-sales operations management, with at least 5 years in team leadership roles. Experience in 3C, home appliances, or smart mobility industries preferred.
  3. Formal training in customer service or after-sales management systems is a plus.
  4. Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills; proficient in data reporting tools and PowerPoint presentation.
  5. Clear business planning and management mindset; capable of large-scale team collaboration with an international perspective and high resilience under pressure.
  6. Excellent communication, execution, and teamwork skills, with a solid understanding of after-sales business operations.
  7. Fluent in English, with at least 3 years of overseas after-sales management experience.
