Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by educating retail staff about ASICS technologies and products whilst supporting crucial sales and marketing activities. As our Brand Trainer, you'll spend four days per week travelling to deliver comprehensive product training, particularly focusing on our running category, and dedicate one day to working from home to plan and create engaging content.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions about ASICS technologies and product innovations to retail staff across the Benelux region.
• Execute strategic activity plans in collaboration with marketing, sales and retail departments.
• Conduct regular store visits across the territory to maintain relationships and provide product education.
• Create engaging training content and materials for both in-person and digital learning platforms.
• Support sales initiatives by providing expert product knowledge and technical information to retail partners.
• Manage and coordinate training schedules whilst spending four days per week in the field.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and retail staff product knowledge levels across the territory.

You Have The Following Skills

• Running and sports product knowledge, with emphasis on ASICS technologies.
• Strong presentation and training delivery capabilities.
• Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Demonstrated experience in retail or consumer-facing environments.
