Overview

We're currently looking for a sharp, creative, and driven 
Communications & Graphic Design Working Student
to help us with our communications at HPE Growth. You'll play a key role in amplifying our brand and telling the stories that define our impact in the growth investment landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing and communications (ideally in financial services, tech, or private equity)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Independent, proactive, and eager to learn
  • A strong work ethic and genuine curiosity about growth investing
  • Ability to come 1-2x a week in-person to our Amsterdam offices.

What You'll Do

At core, this working student role focuses on content marketing, design and branding.

You will:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to strengthen HPE Growth's brand and thought leadership
  • Drive digital marketing efforts across website, email and social media channels
  • Create and design LinkedIn content to increase awareness about HPE Growth and our team.
  • Draft, design and distribute newsletters to our CRM lists
  • Manage updates to our website and social media channels
  • Create, edit and design our fundraising materials such as presentations, pitchbooks, teasers and digital assets
  • Support ad-hoc marketing, communications, and investor relations projects as needed

Ideally, we're looking for someone who has experience with the following tools:

  • Website
    : Webflow
  • Social Media
    : LinkedIn
  • Graphic Design
    : Figma & Canva
  • CRM & Newsletters
    : Pipedrive or similar CRMs (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Document Creation & Editing
    : Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
