Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by building an integrated, customer-centric supply chain. As an Operations Excellence Specialist, you will translate customers and DTC channel triggers into actionable and regionally tailored solutions while ensuring operational excellence throughout our supply chain network.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.  

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide strategic operational advice to business stakeholders to optimise supply chain processes and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process standardization and improvements across end-to-end supply chain and logistics.
• Monitor and analyse performance data to identify areas for operational enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects across the supply chain to enhance overall performance.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless results.
• Develop and execute customer-focused operational strategies to maintain service excellence across all channels.
  
  

You have the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferably with focus on Supply Chain Management.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations
• Supply chain management expertise and operational excellence skillset.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Project management proficiency and continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced communication abilities and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in a matrix and international environment
