• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of food safety and health and safety. Zorgen voor naleving van alle aspecten van voedselveiligheid en gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. 
• Washing dishes, cutlery, glasses, and other materials for reuse. Afwassen van borden, bestek, glazen en andere materialen voor hergebruik. 
• Drying and distributing clean items. Drogen en verdelen van schone items.
• Ensuring a clean and hygienic workspace. Zorgen voor een schone en hygiënische werkruimte. 
• Assisting chefs in cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day. Helpen van chefs bij het schoonmaken van de keuken aan het einde van de dag. 
• Ensuring waste is properly separated in the right bins. Zorgen dat afval correct wordt gescheiden in de juiste afvalbakken.
• Assisting chefs in the kitchen if needed. Assisteren van chefs in de keuken indien nodig. 

• No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred. Geen formele opleiding vereist, maar een middelbare schooldiploma of gelijkwaardig kan de voorkeur genieten. 
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects. Fysiek uithoudingsvermogen en het vermogen om langere tijd te staan en zware voorwerpen te tillen. 
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Goed oog voor detail en het vermogen om instructies op te volgen. 
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus. Basiskennis van keukenapparatuur en hygiënepraktijken is een pluspunt. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. Sterke communicatie- en teamvaardigheden.
