We're looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of
Warehouse Coordinator.

The
Warehouse Coordinator
is responsible for leading daily inbound/outbound inventory operations, resolve customer issues, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily picking & packing processes
  • Oversee inbound process of goods
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances, overages, shortages, and damages.
  • Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, customer service, and clients to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Manage customer claims and coordinate scrapping of obsolete or end-of-life inventory.
  • Provide training on inventory systems (PKMS) and ensure compliance with company policies.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control in a warehouse or distribution setting with EHS responsibility.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and any other language skills are a plus.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
