We are looking for Talent Sourcer with a strong technical grounding, a genuine passion for the craft of sourcing technical profiles, and the ability to operate with creativity and precision in an environment where ambiguity is the norm. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineers to identify, engage, and inspire world-class talent - helping build a team capable of solving some of the most challenging problems in AI technology today.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you'll supporting the engineering department by being at the forefront of shaping the talent foundation that fuels our growth. 

What You'll Do
  • Research, identify, and engage engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand technical requirements and calibrate profiles with accuracy and nuance.
  • Improve our messaging by creating new job and outreach templates
  • Operate with agility, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, and changing team needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to source and engage top technical talent in new and diverse European Union markets, adapting outreach and sourcing strategies to local talent landscapes and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience sourcing talent in highly dynamic and fast-paced environments where priorities shift and ambiguity is constant.
  • Creativity and resilience: ability to design novel sourcing strategies, test new methods, and adapt quickly when faced with challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop relationships with both candidates and internal partner teams.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (GreenHouse is a bonus)
  • Ability to juggle multiple searches at the same time and figure out what to prioritize
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions and tell a clear story
  • Experience with diversity sourcing or inclusive hiring efforts is a plus
