About Usono

Usono is a MedTech company revolutionising musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound through dynamic imaging solutions. Our main product, ProbeFix Dynamic, is used by doctors of elite sports organizations such as Villarreal CF, AS Roma, and research institutions such as MIT. Thanks to our hardware, they unlock new insights in the body in motion, for prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation. We are now looking for a Country Manager France to help us grow our impact in one of our key markets.

The Mission

As our Country Manager your mission is to drive growth in France by bringing Usono's innovative solutions to sports medicine professionals, clinics, hospitals, and research institutions. You'll help build and expand a strong customer base and make dynamic ultrasound the new standard in musculoskeletal imaging by:

  • Identifying and approaching new potential customers, leads, and partners.
  • Supporting and following up with existing users and partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and recurring business.
  • Representing Usono at relevant (sports) medical events, trade shows, and conferences in France.
  • Working closely with our clinical, marketing, and product teams to create and execute localized campaigns.
  • Providing product demos, training, and onboarding to new customers—both digitally and on-site.
  • Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights to improve our products and approach.

Who You Are

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Country Manager with a strong affinity for sports and health tech. We value the following qualities:

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of medical device sales, physiotherapy, sports, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with ultrasound imaging is a big plus.
  • French native or fluent speaker, with solid English communication skills.
  • Based in France or Netherlands, with willingness to travel within the country and occasionally to our headquarters in the Netherlands.
  • Strong interest in MedTech, sports medicine, and innovation.
  • You're independent, structured, and motivated to work in a fast-growing international startup environment.
