designs and manufactures advanced sorting systems for the recycling, mining, and food industries. Our equipment includes optical sorting machines and recycling robots, powered by an AI monitoring platform that shows purity, throughput, and downtime in real time. We work as a single partner for plant design, equipment, and monitoring, from retrofits of existing sites to full new lines.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for sorting systems and equipment.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of projects with MRFs, MSW, C&D, waste management companies, and industrial customers.
  • Open doors, book meetings, and keep a steady rhythm of site visits.
  • Qualify projects together with the customer.
  • Work with engineering teams to shape system concepts.
  • Prepare and present proposals.
  • Represent inSystem B.V. at trade shows, industry events, and associations.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in recycling, waste sorting, or industrial equipment.
  • A track record of closing CAPEX projects in the €150k–€5M range.
  • Relationships across the waste sorting sector and MRF operators in Benelux/EU.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: you can ask the right technical and financial questions and turn them into a clear offer.
  • Comfortable discussing layouts and plant performance with engineers and operators.
  • Clear communication in English, Dutch. German is a plus.
  • Travel for customer visits and events within the Netherlands and across Europe.
