De rol

Ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken we een
Business Development Manager.
In deze rol bouw je actief mee aan onze groei in de regio. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je netwerk op te bouwen, nieuwe opdrachtgevers te werven en bestaande relaties verder te ontwikkelen.

Je werkt nauw samen met onze consultants en draagt bij aan de realisatie van uitdagende projecten bij toonaangevende organisaties.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met opdrachtgevers;
  • Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en signaleren van commerciële kansen;
  • Samenwerken met onze consultants om organisaties te ondersteunen bij hun Finance & Control-vraagstukken;
  • Meedenken over marktontwikkelingen en bijdragen aan onze positionering in de regio;

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt
    2 tot 5 jaar ervaring
    in een commerciële rol binnen consultancy, detachering of recruitment;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met Finance & Control of de ambitie om je hierin te specialiseren;
  • Je bent ondernemend, sociaal en krijgt energie van netwerken en samenwerken;
  • Je weet kansen te herkennen en om te zetten in duurzame relaties;.
