That's why we're looking for a
Brand & Activation Manager
who not only builds and strengthens the brand and develops impactful campaigns, but also works hands-on alongside the team.
Are you someone who thinks in impact, metrics, speed and scalability — and who enjoys rolling up their sleeves just as much as leading? Then you may play a key role in our growth toward scale-up.
What will you do?
- Develop and safeguard the international brand strategy of Airback.
- Lead our creative team (designer, videographer, social/influencer specialist and freelancers).
- Actively contribute to content, concepts and campaigns: hands‑on, operational and directional.
- Build international activation campaigns and localize campaigns for key markets to ensure strong performance.
- Translate performance data into stronger content, better creatives and higher conversion rates.
- Ensure that brand, content, social, influencer and performance perfectly align.
- Work closely with our
Head of Performance, E‑commerce Manager and CCO
to drive maximum growth. - Apply your SEO and social expertise to strengthen our organic visibility.
What do you bring?
- 3–6 years of experience in brand/activation/content within e‑commerce or D2C.
- A
data‑driven mindset
and the ability to base decisions on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR). - You are a
hands‑on leader
: you manage, but also actively contribute to daily execution. - Experience in managing creative teams.
- You combine creativity with speed, pragmatism and a results‑oriented approach.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social and basic performance marketing.
- International experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent command of English; Dutch, Italian or German is a plus.
- You thrive in a dynamic, high‑performance scale‑up environment.

- Compensation
:
€48,000–€60,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses - Lots of room for initiative, ownership and international impact.
